Students in First Class
were busy comparing and sorting lots of different mini-beasts. We discussed
their habitats, movement and appearance.
During team-teaching we
worked in pairs to discuss and sort mini-beasts into groups. We used Venn
Diagrams to sort and then explained our results to the rest of the group.
During the next few weeks
we will investigate the importance mini-beasts play in the food chain and also
examine their habitats more closely.
